4. Intellectual Verification

Burnwood uses AI-powered analysis to verify intellectual engagement and create compatibility profiles. By submitting content for verification, you grant us permission to analyze this content for the purpose of generating your Mind Score and archetype. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Send unsolicited messages or spam
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

6. Open Tables

Open Tables are physical meetup events at partner venues. By participating, you acknowledge that Burnwood is not responsible for interactions that occur at these events. You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and in accordance with venue policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Burnwood are owned by Burnwood and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it for providing and improving our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through our account deletion page.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Burnwood is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of Mind Scores, compatibility assessments, or the quality of matches.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burnwood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
